Follow these easy steps:
This sets up your first page. On the right sidebar, choose your format and page orientation. To add content like fund performance charts or portfolio data, use the appropriate blocks, e.g.: Performance Line Chart or Breakdown Chart. For text, use standard WordPress blocks like paragraphs, headings, or tables. Organize it all using the Columns block, but remember to turn off Stack on mobile to keep columns layout when exporting to PDF. To add more pages, repeat the process starting with Printable Reports block.
To export to PDF, use your browser’s built-in Print/Save to PDF feature (tested in Chrome, Firefox, Edge). Choose Save as PDF, match the page settings, and enable Background graphics/Print backgrounds while disabling Print headers and footers.
Keep in mind, WordPress isn’t made for print publishing like InDesign or Publisher, but with Printable Reports block you can get good results with a little effort. Check out demos below to see how it works!
